童年的食物



今天帮Ah BoonMerbok去检查有问题的复印机。回家途中停留在Merbok街上的马来档口,买了一包cucuk udang。记得小时候,爸爸还在开小lori时,经过时会买回来给我们吃。因为家境状况,爸爸买零食给我们吃的数次少之又少,买了一包一家人一起吃,味道十分好吃。尤其是它的沾酱,花生很多很香(印象中)。后来爸爸不开lori了,买cucuk udang的机会更加少咯。爸爸离开后,印象中好像没有人再到那个档口买过。

跟马来档口老板在聊天时,他说以前档口旁边的店屋被火烧了,难怪看起来很不一样。一块RM0.30,买了6块回家吃。不知道是因为东西总是物以稀为贵,已经吃不到以前那种好吃,酱汁也比以前的淡,花生也少了很多。

虽然没有了以前的味道,反而是感触良多,回想以前吃的新文英大肥风的糯米饭,mamakjawa面和南泉的大肉包,都是我想念的食物。大肥风的糯米饭已经绝种,虽然在点心餐厅里点糯米饭来吃,但是到目前为此还没有吃到相同或接近的味道。jawa面和大肉包虽然还有后人在卖,但是也已经没有了所谓的“古早味”。

或许在将来的日子里,和今天一样的心情,在想念十几年前的食物,想念着某某的云吞面,卤面,咖喱面,nasi lemak roti canai等等。所以对现在喜欢吃得东西,都要好好的记起来它的味道。。。。还有家人的饭菜的味道,都要珍惜,惜福与感恩。

wa, uncle your childhood food was nice. mine just porridge + kicap nia ...

haha... my daily meal also porridge, but sometime add some sweet potato inside the porridge, that's why until now I still like to eat sweet potato... thanks to recall what I like to eat

sometimes i did go out to get some grass to eat, hunted some animals and BBQ at home too ...

wah... u r so talent. We not eat grass but some ubi leaf.
Biawak, cobra and babi hutan r so delicious with kari powder.... but after 12 years old, I had prohibited to eat 野味,真遗憾。
